What is a compressor?

A compressor is a device that increases the pressure of a substance (usually a gas) by reducing the volume of the substance. There are two types, piston compressor and screw compressor. Today, however, multi-screw compressor models are used. Now let’s take a closer look at screw compressors …

What is a screw compressor?

A screw compressor is a type of compressor used to produce pressurized air. The difference is that the other compressor models do not use a piston or a unique hardware for the pressure. Already, instead of pistons, the rotor has taken the name of a screw compressor since the pair was obtained from the airport.
Initially, on March 24, 1978, the patented screw compressor models invented by Heinrich Kridar in Germany have undergone a number of design differences. In 1935, the first advanced compressor, whichforms the basis of today’s screw compressors, was produced.

Working Principle of Screw Compressor

We indicated that the piston was fit in the screw compressor. These screw compressors are working according to the principle of increasing the pressure in their internal system by rotating the motorized moving field vibrate. Compressor, operating with increased pressure, allows oil and air to be sent to the tank at the same time to be separated there. Separated oil and air in the separator tank is cooled separately by sending it to the radiator. Outside air can enter, and oil is returned from the compressor system. At this point, the oil in the compressor is continuously circulated.
The use of screw compressors has many advantages. Once screwed compressors are silent voices. They are also more efficient and technological products. Nobody will continue to work for the benefit of getting out.
If the threaded compressor maintenance is made complete, it will have a long-lasting function. But we can’t add more expensive than other models. This is why it is a good comparison between screw compressor prices.

What are the rules to be followed before running your screw compressor?

Vented compressors are detrimental to many compressors in order to operate the covers open. Screw compressors suck up the impregnation by air firstly through the filter on the cabinet. In this regard, the size of the environment, the airport is protected from dust and other foreign materials in large proportions. If you do not reveal your compressor, remove the panel filter. This may require a short time to make the compressor capable of maintenance. Compressors can be in different designs according to the manufacturer. In this case, the fan used for cooling in your compressor may have air pressure inside the compressor to provide air passage from the radiator and cool the radiator. If the compressor is driven by such cooling and cooling, the fan will not provide internal pressure, so no air will pass through the radiator. In this case, the compressor may stop working by raising the heat quickly. In addition, a compressor with open flaps can be dangerous. It can reach temperatures as high as 110oC, which can damage electrical parts and moving points and other life forms.
